Women who most often suffer in silence need our help–today. The statics speak for themselves:
- Women with preschool aged children are the largest group to live in poverty in the US
- Over 10,000 Women in the High Country live in poverty
- 85% of all domestic violence victims are women
Living in poverty means you live in on $2 a day — the amount many of us pay for our daily cup of coffee. Can you contribute $2 a day for one year, a $730 annual contribution to the Women’s Fund?
Making a donation to the Women’s Fund of the Blue Ridge is tremendously valuable. Your contribution is an investment in the education, empowerment, and independence of women living in our community. Please consider any donation to help our efforts to break they cycle of poverty.
Through the collective giving of individuals like yourself, we have made great strides in creating positive change and economic justice for women and children. We are proud to be a philanthropic catalyst in supporting women and children to reach their full potential.
Thank you in advance for your support,
